Legal Terms
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Creators Trust Studios website, the channel-audit request service, the internal administrative application, and the creator portal (together, the “Services”), operated by Creators Trust Studios LLC, a Florida, United States limited liability company. By using the Services you agree to these Terms. Questions may be sent to info@creatorstruststudios.com.
Use of the Services
You may use the public website and submit a channel-audit request for legitimate business purposes. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship, does not obligate CTS to perform an audit, and does not entitle you to a response. The administrative application is for authorized CTS personnel only, and the creator portal is for clients we have expressly invited.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or third-party information you are not authorized to share;
- attempt to access accounts, clients, records or data you are not authorized to access;
- probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Services or their security controls;
- scrape, reverse engineer or reproduce the Services or their content except as permitted by law;
- use the Services for unlawful, infringing or abusive purposes.
Accounts and Authorized Access
Accounts are created by invitation only; public registration is not available. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us promptly at info@creatorstruststudios.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Access is limited to the role and, for creator accounts, to the specific client information assigned to that account. Sharing accounts or attempting to expand your own access is a material breach of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including the website, application, audit methodology, templates, report structures, and all related trademarks and content, are owned by CTS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of the channel information and materials you submit, and you grant CTS a limited license to use them to evaluate your channel and deliver the Services. Reports and documents CTS produces for a client may be used internally by that client; they may not be resold or published without our written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Services depend on third parties including hosting, database, authentication, email and Google/YouTube APIs. Your use of a connected third-party service is also subject to that provider’s terms, and CTS is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or acts of third-party services. Connecting a Google account is optional and controlled by the client.
No Guarantee of Results
CTS provides analysis and recommendations. We do not guarantee any revenue, monetization improvement, subscriber or view growth, sponsorship outcome, platform decision, or business result. Any figures, ranges or examples are illustrative only. Decisions you make based on our analysis are your own, and you remain responsible for compliance with YouTube and other platform policies.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTS and its members, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid CTS in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTS and its members, officers, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, your submission of information you were not authorized to share, or your infringement of a third party’s rights.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including where we believe an account has been misused, security is at risk, or these Terms have been breached. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Services, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms should be sent to info@creatorstruststudios.com.
